These terms describe permitted use of The Agency LLC website. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, impersonate others or submit malicious or unlawful material. If you do not accept these website terms, do not use the website.
Information, services and results
Website articles, podcast episodes and other materials provide general information. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances. Evaluate information before relying on it and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.
Descriptions of capabilities and examples of work are not guarantees of revenue, rankings, traffic, savings, AI accuracy or any particular business outcome. Technology, search platforms and business circumstances change. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a service engagement. Paid work, scope, fees and delivery obligations are governed by the separate agreement applicable to that engagement.
Intellectual property and third parties
Website content and branding belong to The Agency LLC or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links. These terms do not grant a license to commercially reproduce our materials or use our branding without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Links to third-party sites and services are provided for context or convenience. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices or terms. Review those separately before using them.
Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free, complete or current information. We may correct or update content and change website functionality.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. This provision does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not replace the terms of a separate service agreement.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program status: Text messaging is not currently active. The terms below describe the optional inquiry-related program planned for activation only after sender registration, configuration and STOP/HELP behavior are verified.
Sender and purpose: The Agency LLC may send texts about your inquiry, scheduling and requested service follow-up when you have separately opted in. This consent does not cover unrelated recurring promotional campaigns.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan for charges.
Choice: SMS consent is optional, separate from submitting an inquiry, and is not a condition of purchasing Agency services. Provide a number you are authorized to use and notify us if it changes.
Opt-out: When messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out. A confirmation may be sent, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you validly opt in again. You may also contact customer care to withdraw consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Read our Privacy Policy for our mobile-number and consent non-sharing commitment and how information is handled.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms by posting revised terms and updating their date. Changes to a separately agreed service engagement are handled under that agreement.
