The challenge
The business runs on affiliate relationships with specific commission rules, payout policies, and compliance needs. Off-the-shelf affiliate tools couldn't model their commission structure, handle sponsor corrections with a full audit trail, or give the operations team one place to see every person, order, and payout.
What we built
A purpose-built platform with two workspaces: an affiliate portal (dashboard, daily action plan, orders, team management, earnings, referrals) and an operations workspace (person-360 view, holding tank, finance operations with review-before-execution, audit log, reports). Underneath: an immutable commission ledger, sponsor and commission correction workflows, iPayout integration for real payouts, Resend-powered email plus SMS messaging, and a Claude-based support brain trained on the full system.
