The business
Ask Odell is The Agency's own product. Onboarding interviews and document intake build a company's knowledge into per-person cabinets, and employees ask questions and get cited answers, or an honest gap ticket routed to the person who knows.
The challenge
Make company knowledge searchable without leaking anything across permission lines.
What we built
A knowledge platform with permission filtering before retrieval, an append-only audit log, voice asking included on every plan, and a public marketing site with published pricing for three managed tiers.
The technology
Flask and SQLite application with an AI answering layer, streaming voice transcription, and email-in intake.
How the pieces connect
Interviews and documents → approved knowledge entries → cited answers for the whole team.
